At Nexustechs, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it following the guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges for Nexustechs.com Orders

  • We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund or exchange

Important Notes:

  • If exchanging for a different product, you can shop on our website using your return credit
  • If the new item is less expensive, we will refund the difference
  • If the new item is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference at checkout
  • Expedited and Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier
  • We are not responsible for non-Nexustechs merchandise sent to our warehouse
  • Returns cannot be mailed to our facility without prior approval

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal – Go to Nexustechs.com/return
  2. Enter your order details – Provide your order number and email used at checkout
  3. Select items to return – Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  4. Choose exchange or refund – Select whether you want a replacement product or a refund
  5. Select your return method – Either print a prepaid shipping label or choose a return drop-off location
  6. Confirm and submit your request – Ensure all details are correct before submitting

Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Policy for Apparel Items

To qualify for a return, apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with original hang tags attached. Items must be in their original condition.

If Purchased from a Store or Online Retailer

If you purchased a Nexustechs product from a third-party retailer, returns must be processed through the original place of purchase. If a return is not possible, we may consider an exchange for an item of the same value with valid proof of purchase.

Note: Products purchased from social commerce platforms (such as eBay or Poshmark) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims, as we do not authorize third-party sellers on these platforms.
